About Game Storyline: In “Back to Freedom” you are an ex-military man who made a mistake during a mission and caused the death of several allies. The consequences were harsh and you were sentenced to ten years in prison. When you are finally released, you just want to live a peaceful life again. But will the past let you live in peace?
The game is a visual novel style made in Twine/HTML with several choices to be made, a basic character stat system that builds up according to your choices, a money system, minigames, lots of fully interactive content released according to your choices and stats, and a fully functional replay gallery.

- Massive Variable Cleanup:
- Over 1300 variables eliminated for cleaner and more efficient code.
- Important Notes:
- Old saves made mid-day may face issues.
- Recommended to load saves from the MC's sleep/wake-up or start a new game.
- From day 37 onward, saves can be made and loaded at any point without problems.

- Replaced the typing macro during work tasks with a video for better functionality.

- Fixed a bug with the scope cursor during certain sniper quests.

- Added a clock icon on the map to advance time instantly.

This is my first game and I never coded anything before. I chose Twine/HTML because it was the tool I found the easiest to learn. English is not my native language, so I apologize for the possible mistakes. Hope you enjoy the game.
