- A UI element displaying Desire earned has been added. The Ego Menu now displays your total accrued Desire as a numerical value.
- The threshold for Desire Level 1 has been reduced from 10,000 to 2,500.
- The tarot cards in the memory room now display stars in the top left corner denoting your highest difficulty clear for that escape sequence.
- Reaching Desire Level 1 unlocks a new escape sequence in stratum 1 and 2. To access them, clear "XVI.The Tower" and "XI.Justice", and then get captured in their respective strata.
- Reaching Desire Level 1 unlocks the "Bonding Time" minigame, which can be accessed by speaking to Secunda.
- The "Speedy Athlete" outfit is now available.

The Legacy of Hedonia: Forbidden Paradise is an erotic restraint-focused Action RPG centered around Lily, a college student who suddenly finds herself in a mysterious location known as the Prison of Desire.
